Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is: Support the Head of People and the People team in all generalist areas of HR to increase efficiency. Office based with flexibility (to discuss)

Key Tasks:
Data requests & analysis

Reporting on the annual engagement survey, analysing results and assisting on the action plan for the following year.
Support Local UK performance management reporting on completion rates to support 100% adoption of the programme.
Support Local UK annual compensation review analysing the overall output looking for overspends and producing a summary of costs for senior approvals.
Support Centres of Excellence with project information requests


Produce COO & quarterly reports for senior stakeholders to track performance, make business decisions and identify People risks.
Report on training data including cancellation costs to ensure attendance and compliance.
Reporting on Onboarding completion for new starters to ensure delivery and smooth launch of the programme.

Coordinating UK People team

Responsible for gathering, collating, and analysing data for Local UK & EA UK&I to help make timely people decisions.

Adhoc requests

Support adhoc projects & data requests to ensure quick turnaround and data accuracy.

Diary Management

Diary management for Head of People.
Schedule regular team meetings & 1:1s.

Person Specification


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Working towards CIPD accreditation


Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work on more than one task at any given time
Strong organisational and communication skills
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
Must be detail conscious, accurate and methodical in approach
Reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements
