Personal Assistant / Executive PA – Norwich – £20,000 to £23,000 + Benefits

Exciting opportunity support the leadership team within a public sector / private sector company operating business parks and innovation centres in Norfolk. Role can combine homeworking with office base in either North Norwich or Wymondham.

Skills and experience required

Previous experience as Executive Assistant or PA
Good secretarial education including GCSE C+ English and Maths
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively – working to tight deadlines across multiple projects
Cross-functional collaboration and able to quickly build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner
Excellent written communication skills and numeracy
Experienced in using Microsoft Office 365 suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Publisher
Accurate and engaging report writing/presentation development
Tech-savvy and able to work within various technical platforms confidently Duties of the role

Record and report KPIs to assist the leadership team identifying improvements
Conduct research on behalf of the leadership team and compile briefs, reports and presentations to assist with strategic decisions
Coordinate preparation of required material for meetings, both internal and external
Diary management, including organising meetings and appointments
Manage mailboxes including distributing, identifying and tracking priority items, responding and taking action as necessary
Draft Board agendas, papers, updates and other correspondence
Support the leadership team with progress monitoring within projects, including updating spreadsheets, business cases, budgets, project briefs etc.
Production of written communication and emails on behalf of the CEO and Executive Chairman
Maintain relationships with strategic partners by monitoring, distributing, or directly dealing with queries from internal and external colleagues and key stakeholders
You will be expected to travel to sites, meetings, and events as required.
