We are currently looking for temporary Project Administrators to work at our head office based in Tytherington, Macclesfield. This work will be on a temporary basis and we see that there will be various assignments available over the next 6-8 months. The length of these assignments can vary from 1 week to 6 months depending on the requirements of the teams.

The role is going to play a key role in assisting our Merchandising and Installation departments and therefore specific day to day duties may vary depending upon the business needs. The departments can be particularly fast paced, so the ability to work under pressure is essential whilst retaining a high level of attention to detail.

General description and duties:

Handling telephone calls
Photocopying and printing various documents
Sending out letters
Filing and logging paperwork
Data inputting
Speaking to field personnel
The successful candidate must have a good telephone manner, along with IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office. If you have strong administration and organisational skills and you have experience in this field you could be the person we are looking for.

This is a temporary contract and Momentum Instore cannot guarantee the successful candidate a permanent position, however we do have a range of temporary and permanent roles that come up periodically so there is the potential for future opportunities with the Company.
