Job Title: Project Administrator Location: Exeter Contract Type: Fixed term until 31/03/2022 Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm, Hybrid working Pay Rate: £10.28 per hour (increasing to £11.14 per hour after 12 weeks) Acorn Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a leading NHS organisation who are looking for Project Administrators to support with the iPad roll out in the trust. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * To participate in the servicing of Project Boards and other meetings in a timely and effective manner and in line with agreed procedures. * Acts as first point of contact for enquiries from end users. * Assist the Project Manager with the delivery of projects, working closely with suppliers and users of facilities and systems associated with these projects. * Assist the Project Manager with contracts and procurement processes and service levels within the context of designated projects. * Provide administrative services for project meetings, including arranging these and taking minutes. * Maintain project plans. Adjust plans where targets and deadlines are not met. * Administer the quality assurance processes. * Ensure configuration management is maintained. * Track and maintain registers of project risks, issues, actions and lessons learned, working with stakeholders and project team members to progress these within agreed timeframes. * Organise diaries, transport and hotel bookings etc. * Use Trust’s online procurement system to order and receipt goods and services as required for the project. * Maintains stock control for the department. * Train new starters and less experienced PMO colleagues in project systems, processes, procedure and policies. Essential Requirements: * Minimum of 4 GCSE’S grade C or above including Maths and English. * Some experience working with Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint. * Office experience. * Minute taking experience. Desirable Requirements: * Certified PRINCE2 foundation or equivalent project management qualification. * Experience of using Microsoft Project software. * Experience in Healthcare or IT environment. * Awareness of project work. * Experience of working with customers or clients.
