Job Description

Superb opportunity for career progression within a growing company that specialises in Lettings and Property Management. Your role will be within a small team at Hammond Properties Sidcup offices managing existing and new clients and participate in the growth of the company.

What makes an Property Manager?

* Be ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation

* Be able to deal with high pressure situations

* Building relationships with Landlords and Tenants

* Arranging and carrying out viewings and Inspections

* Preparing and advertising new properties

* Issuing Section Notices

* Deposit Management

* Dealing with Lettings administration

* Be able to manage and organise sub-contractors with works orders

* Have an excellent level of customer service skills

* A good keen eye for detail

* Excellent IT skills and ideally have some knowledge of letting management software

* Is motivated, enthusiastic individual and a team player

* Financially driven

* Must have use of your own car
