The Role:

1x Full time Property Manager

1 x Part-time/Full Time Property Manager (fixed term with potential for permanent role)

Our Client is a family run, independent letting and management agent that has been established for over 30, managing of over 300 student and residential properties. We are looking to hire customer focused and motivated candidates whom we can progress to become a highly successful and established member of our team.

No two days will be or look the same, so you will need to be happy working under pressure and in a busy environment where you can prioritise your workload.


£19-24,000 (pro-rata for part time employees) per annum based on experience.

Essential Duties:

Building and managing relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

Working with a team managing all property maintenance issues

Liaising with Landlords and contractors for works to be carried out

Arranging inventories, safety certificates, EPS’s etc, as well as other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation

Arrange and carry out property visits including reporting findings and arranging remedial works

Negotiating end of tenancy deductions from deposits

Supporting lettings and negotiations

Skills and Expertise:

3 years minimum in property management, particularly within the student accommodation sector

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

IT literate

Thorough understanding of the Housing and Tenants Acts

ARLA qualifications will give a strong advantage to candidates

Driving License required – it is essential that you drive your own car
