Our client, a family owned run estate agency and property services company based in South East London are looking for a Property Manager to start as soon as possible in their Crystal Palace branch.

Previous property management experience is essential for this role as you will be responsible for your own portfolio of properties as well as over-seeing the property management team.

ARLA qualification is desirable, but as long as you have superb customer service, ability to prioritise, be a team player and strong administration skills then this role could be for you. The systems this company use are LetMc and Goodlord so experience in either would be desirable not necessary.

Being the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, dealing with any questions or queries that they may have. This will also involve arranging and attending regular property visits, therefore you must hold a Full UK driving licence with your own car.

Our client is looking for someone with a wealth of experience in property management. The successful Property Manager will have strong communication and organisation skills with a passion for property and for representing a reputable local firm.

Main responsibilities of this role…

* Gas safety compliance

* Tenancy Renewals

* Rent Arrears

* Instructing Contractors – arranging maintenance

* Tenancy Vacations

* Inspections

* Dealing with queries from tenants/landlords

* Liaising with Client Services/Lettings team re: re-lets

This is a ‘family’, a team of incredibly successful, local agents that are, without a doubt the market leaders in their area and very well regarded in their community. They are paying a competitive salary up to £27,000 plus quarterly bonuses for hitting targets. The working hours will be Monday through too Friday (8:45-6:00), rotated Saturdays (10:00-4:00pm) – currently 1 in 4 (dependent on how many in team)
