Exciting opportunity to work for our International pharmaceutical client, who is looking for an experienced Team Administrator to provide assistance to ICT Business Solutions Director and IT Team. In this role you will be responsible for the financial process support, which includes all aspects of the process from new supplier and purchase order set up, through matching and receipting goods or services received, to tracking and reporting on operational expenditure as required. You will be a focal point of contact for queries relating to purchase order requests, order status, order queries, liaise with Business Effectiveness, Finance function, Senior managers and Technical managers.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Generate Purchase Orders on SAP progressing orders along the stages through departments
* Ariba Supplier requests, Sourcing requests, Project Approval requests (PAF), Contract Requests ensuring attention to detail and good working relationships with Procurement, Finance division and Legal rep
* Verify information on each order against quotes, SOW’s, correct Statistical Internal Orders, checking details against previously obtained information as necessary
* Keep a check on customer and order information for correctness
* Assist in maintaining and uploading content to the department’s intranet
* Arranging Travel, Hotels, Taxi’s, Visa’s, providing clear travel plans for IT Director
* Diary/meeting management and setting up 1:1 meetings among team members
* Expenses management for the Director and the department P Card in a timely manner
* Coverage for IT SOP training matrices and assignment of training level
* Update departmental org chart

Skills & Experience required:

* SAP ECC6 and Ariba
* Team Assistant experience
* Educated to A level standard
* Demonstrable experience of purchasing from obtaining quotes to goods receipting
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Planner, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent ordering administration skills
* Proactive, practical, flexible, organised and efficient, well presented and comfortable in dealing with EMEA affiliates
