About the role
To develop, implement and manage a full end-to-end QA process to encompass all aspects of the business. It is essential that you have Insurance industry experience in a QA Training & Development role.
What & Who are we looking for?
* Robust understanding of risks and controls, and a strong track record of assessing control environments
* Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to develop working relationships with staff from a wide variety of backgrounds, both internally and externally, to complete assigned tasks.
* Experience of issue identification and leading development of remedial action to address concerns
* Experience in staff management and coaching
* Detailed knowledge of relevant processes, procedures & systems
* Detailed knowledge of Conduct Risk
* Detailed knowledge of relevant products, clients & third parties
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent written & verbal communication
* Problem solving & decision-making and effective implementation skills
* Excellent presentation skills
