Thompson Aero, part of the AVIC Cabin Systems group, is a world- class manufacturer of Aero seating solutions. Here at our purpose-built manufacturing facility in Portadown, we have opening for Quality Inspectors (all levels) for immediate start on contract. The positions have become available due to an increase in demand for our bespoke products, as we continue to roll out our growth plan for 21/22 and beyond.
The quality inspectors will join an established team to ensure that all products and subcomponents conform to the required quality and design standards; and identify and raise non-conformances and to the operations and quality teams to ensure a prompt resolution.
The working hours are 6.30am – 2.45pm Monday to Friday (40 hours) and there will be opportunities for overtime. The roles are initially envisaged to be required for 12 weeks, with potential for long term opportunities in 2022 in line with our three year investment strategy.

All Thompson seats are designed, engineered, manufactured and assembled by us at our dedicated facilities in Portadown, Co. Armagh and our new Engineering Centre based in Seapatrick, Banbridge.
