Small team management direct responsibility
Operate in SLT capacity
Drive culture of attention to detail and high standards
Improve QMS
Client/supplier/customer facing – UK and Global
Report to board level with exp in corporate environment with expecting stakeholders
Manage finished goods and incoming raw materials
Lead site audits and develop relevant relationships
Operate in line with ISO9001/14001/18001 and BRC and AIB
Create, lead and drive cost saving and waste reduction initiatives along with CI strategies

The successful Quality Manager will have experience of achieving change in a fast paced, demanding environment
Degree qualification or significant industry exp within previous engineering/manufacturing setting
Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
The culture fit would suit a Quality Manager who is results driven and the person must be hands on, comfortable in the small and big ticket work
