Description – Superb Position – Immediate Interview
This role is pivotal in terms of market position, pricing and CRM management
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager
Day to day management of the CRM
Updating of dealer & manufacturer terms on a weekly basis
Building and maintaining relationships with dealers and manufacturers
Searching for and creating offers and pricing campaigns
Undertaking and completing pricing projects
Setting and maintaining pricing on all websites and referral sites.
Market research on offers and deals
Ensuring all pricing is up to date on every platform and outlet at all times
Monitoring and distribution of all new enquiries and finance proposals from the relevant inbox.
To brief the Sales team when allocating an enquiry to allow them to identify the funder and vehicle the customer has enquired on.
Maintain the enquiry log to allow Sales Support Manager to identify trends, strengths and concerns within the market.
To support the Sales team in achieving the advertised price through pricing knowledge and experience of the funders.
Management of the E-Mail databases including spam, subscribes, unsubscribes and inactive E-Mail addresses.
To support the Sales Support Manager in the maintenance of the CRM System and to ensure all data input is accurate and up to date.
Allocation of records to the Sales team under the Sales Support Manager’s guidance in line with the prospecting plan.
Ensure that our advertised prices are the most competitive possible and are market leading.
Identify “wins” with each of our funders and take advantage of these rentals through active marketing and communication with the Sales Team.
Identify the most popular payments terms and mileages to use our resources efficiently.
Maintain our Contract Hire and Leasing logins and ensure our prices are market leading.
Run pricing matrix’s through all funders and communicate with the Sales Team.
Promote funder Tactical Offers as soon as they are launched and to be first to market.
Maintain the required websites and ensure all advertised rentals are valid and available.
Manage the Affinity site pricing and ensure all rentals have the correct terms applied and are valid and available.
Comparing all manufacturer terms against funder terms to ensure that we have secured the most competitive in the market.
To adhere to the FCA Process and best practices at all times when advertising.
The ideal candidate
The person should be organised committed and have exceptional attention to detail.
Experience of vehicle leasing would be an advantage
Strong IT skills and knowledge
Good communication skills
Be tenacious and persistant
Have an analytical approach
Be commercially aware
