The Commercial Division of SF Group is currently a Receptionist based in Lutterworth. The Receptionist hours will include evenings and weekends so you must be flexible with hours. As the Receptionist you will be required to support throughout the business.
As the Receptionist you will be responsible for:
– Answering the phone and using the switchboard to transfer calls to appropriate departments
– Greeting clients, customers and general public
– Distributing post around the office and collecting any post to go
– Making tea and coffee
– Organising meeting rooms and ensuring they run to schedule
To be successful as the Receptionist you must have:
– Microsoft Office computer skills
– Friendly and professional manner
– Switchboard experience
To be successful as the Receptionist you must have worked as a receptionist before and have excellent communication skills.
