Markets that are currently covered include: Web and Software Development, Testing, Data Analytics & BI, Business Analysis, Project Management and Infrastructure.

Some of what you will be doing:

Managing and mentoring a team of consultants
Key part of the management team
Maintaining high levels of performance
Create an engaging and fun environment through recognition of team performance and reinforcing positive behaviour whilst holding staff accountable to expectations
Motivating & supporting other team members
Maintaining the quality and effectiveness of their team by measuring staff engagement
Communicating business priorities throughout the business
Growing market through business development
Working with the Director on the 1, 3 and 5 year business vision
Working with Director on the growth strategy of the division
Working with the Director and BD function to grow and maintain our client base
You will have:

A proven track record as a high performer
Experience of mentoring junior consultants and developing a high-performance sales culture
The ability to lead by example
Have proven self-development experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of IT industry
Have ideally grown own recruitment market
Experienced with P&L responsibility for a team
Experienced in developing growth strategy and business vision
Experience in staff appraisals and reviews
