We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team based in the Stoke-On-Trent area. The role will largely revolve around maintaining and growing a busy care desk, working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm with on call responsibilities on a rota basis.

Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will thrive off developing relationships with both clients and candidates, and be confident in performing a full 360 role. Your duties will mainly include:

Taking an active role in the candidate attraction process including, writing job adverts, receiving and reviewing applications, conducting interviews and proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media and alternative avenues
Prospecting potential clients by using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract new business
Conducting face to face interviews with both clients and candidates
Ensuring the needs of both clients and candidates are fully understood in order to maximise relationships and provide the highest level of service is provided
Collaborating effectively with your team members and ensure that all compliance standards are met and maintainedAs a Senior Consultant, you will also be able to take on additional responsilities and help support with the training and developent of the team.

Requirements:

You must have at least 12 months recruitment experience within the care industry and be able to hit the ground running. It is essential that you are confident in sharing on call duties with the rest of the team, which will includie evenings and weekends which you will be generously compensated for. Ideally, you will already have a strong knowledge of the local health and social care market alongside a hunger and desire to develop new business. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and sales skills as well as being able to work autonomously within a team environment. As you will be attending off site meetings with clients, you will ideally be a driver with access to your own vehicle during working hours.

To be considered for a Senior position, you must have previous experience of working at Senior level within recruitment and have a minimum of 2 years experience.
