We are recruiting an experienced Temp Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to grow framework accounts and further develop business.
As a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager you will have experience in either Commercial, business support or Health and Social Care sectors – these are our two main business areas.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager entails:
Business development – networking, cold calling and organically growing key accounts.
Account management – developing accounts, developing relationships, building a recruitment pipeline, networking with candidates.
Pro-actively and reactively sourcing the best talent for the business, as well taking innovative steps to ensure a good balance of quality and volume at all times.
Screening, interviewing, compliance checks, arranging interviews and placing candidates out to work.
Building a healthy desk.
You will embrace the company ethos (honesty and integrity). in short, we treat our candidates and clients how we would like to be treated.

We are seeking someone that ideally want to come in, make their mark and grow a team under them….stepping into Team Manager then Divisional Director.
