In house Recruitment Manager

HR Careers/ Nationwide Recruitment Service group is seeking a true recruitment business partner to manage clients, candidate experience, candidate management and experience. You will provider and deliver the necessary candidates, technology, and methodology to fulfil client’s recruitment requirements.
This role deals with a portfolio of household names and you will have a team of top-notch in-house recruiters/ in house resourcers to manage.
You will have an excellent track record in volume recruitment, CLEARLY OUTLINED ON YOUR CV (please ensure you don’t leave to assumption) of where you have delivered a range of recruitment solutions, including, candidate attrition, recruitment technology, vast number of vacancies candidate management, and candidate assessment. You will have experience of the whole 360 degree-recruitment processes from inception to completion and have a proven track record in dealing with client relationship management as well as candidate management.
This is project managing volume recruitment and you will be pivotal to the client, project management, 3rd party technology, recruitment team, analysis, reporting and ensuring client campaigns are delivered on time and in full. RPO experience or working for business with large resourcing models would be excellent, e.g. shared service centres, Resourcing centres etc

- Microsoft Office packages and recruitment technology/ software
This may suit someone who has worked within a volume recruitment, RPO, recruitment manager, resourcer, talent manager, in house recruiter, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), on site recruitment Consultant working as an extension of a company’s HR or Resourcing function, Recruiter sitting on site with the client providing a holistic hiring solution.
