This is a brand new opportunity for a Workforce Planning Manager to take the lead across a number of sites across South Yorkshire to implement a recruitment strategy.

Description

The successful candidate will be joining a HR team with tremendous potential to take the organisation to new heights. Under the leadership of a new Executive Director of People and Talent, they are about to embark on a new phase of our journey and we require a workforce planning and resourcing professional to lead a small team to support the Head of HR in leading and driving forward the resourcing strategy aspect of the HR delivery plan.

This is a fantastic opportunity for strategic Resourcing managers or previously recruitment managers who like to design and implement workforce strategies, along with working with leadership teams in shaping and influencing a new way of recruiting.

As well as the opportunity to make a significant contribution in managing this aspect of the HR delivery plan, you will also have ongoing opportunities to develop and lead on high profile, Trust-wide projects that are core to the successful implementation of our People Strategy.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, experienced expert in people planning and resourcing with a drive to make a difference in a complex, multi-site setting. Quickly establishing yourself as a credible partner and taking a proactive and collaborative approach, you will have the ability and gravitas to build effective relationships across a family of 27 sites; working closely with leaders, team managers and Executive directors in considering existing capacity, workload and forecasted needs across the organisation.

Job Offer

This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £40,000 – £45,000.
