About The Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to:

* Ensure that applications to join the NHSP bank are handled effectively and efficiently with full compliance, full life-cycle from attraction to registration via validation, meeting or exceeding agreed KPIs

* Regularly assess and agree team priorities with managers, setting targets to achieve company goals

* Monitor the delivery of the recruitment operational processes, ensuring these are met within agreed targets, deadlines, policies and procedures

* Assist team members to ensure service delivery is not compromised

* Support team in achieving a ‘right first time’ approach always

* Resolve or escalate any issues, complaints, process blockages seeking senior management guidance with proposed solution for more complex queries

* Ensure that all service delivery takes account of Trust demand priorities

* Generate, utilise and analyse reports and information on demand and as required to support service delivery

* Support managers to track and monitor team progress and implement measures to improve service outcomes
