Retail Mobile Support Advisor – London N16

Lloyd Recruitment Services have a new dual responsibility role for a confident B2B customer service experienced individual, to move into a 1st Line Mobile Support Advisor, to join our client in their London NW postcode team.

Salary £20k – £24 + Commission
Weekdays 10.30 to 7.00pm and Sunday 9.30 to 5.00pm (with the option of a day off of your choice during the week)

Emphasis is being put on B2B Customer Services skills, as full training can be provided on the product range.

Offering 1st Line Support to clients, you will also have the added responsibility of completing all additional sales leads passed on via telephone and email enquiries.

This is a shop front and back office dual position, based in a really friendly and positive team, supported by a fabulous manager. They genuinely want their staff to enjoy their jobs, improve their incomes through bonuses and enjoy coming into work.!

Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:

  • Responsibility for handling mobile support, connections, faults and all other mobile enquires
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering support and solutions to client requests via telephone and email on behalf of the Mobile Team
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner and escalate where appropriate
  • Complete tariff analysis and produce mobile proposals
  • Assist the retail department as needed

  • Professional and confident communicator both face to face, written and telephone
  • High attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure, multitask and prioritise work load
  • Confident and professional communication with people at all levels
  • Outstanding telephone manner
  • Flexible attitude and a good team player
  • Strong organisational and planning skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills (Other languages will be of benefit to this role, but are not essential)
  • Customer service focused at all times
