What does this role involve?
First point of contact for current and new clients and your role is to provide a highly professional service always whether that is face to face, over the telephone or via email
You will understand and educate yourself on clients to build up key relationships
Working with and supporting your colleagues
Filtering telephone calls and enquiries
Facilitating some EA duties by providing efficient and organised support to both Directors including diary & travel management
Coordinating all deliveries and processing all incoming and outgoing mail
Facilities management from toilets to stationary to catering to equipment required to be repaired or purchased
Preparing rooms for meetings including diaries, catering, agendas etc.
Assisting and on occasions being responsible for company events
Working on, management and further development of systems including SharePoint, our clients CRM and the MS Office in-house templates
