Sales & CRM Administrator

This role will involve assisting the Business Development team with monitoring, managing and maintaining the on-boarding of new clients and ongoing performance of existing clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the companies CRM system to ensure the data is current and accurate.

Duties will include:

On-boarding new clients including completion of all post sales documentation such as distribution of welcome packs, providing client guidance and training on how to instruct and access our systems
Setting up users on the online client portal
Producing and distributing regular reports to clients
Review client case reports and headline MI on a weekly basis to identify issues and ways to increase performance
Contact clients regularly by telephone and email including scheduling regular calls
Reviewing cases and case holdings on a regular basis to ensure service level agreements are being met
Maintaining CRM system to ensure all data is current and accurate
Workin with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for target marketing activity
Assisting with email campaigns and being the first point of contact for CRM queries and supportMust have previous administrative experience and good use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

This role is office based
20k-22k dependant on experience, 37.5 hours per week
