Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £19,500-£35k realistic OTE + Uncapped commission per year
Full time, Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm, great working environment and casual dress.
Immediate starts available during October and November 2020.
Our client based in Hove is looking to recruit high performing and motivated individuals, encompassing drive and determination to deliver success in a sales environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated and experienced sales executives to join a highly skilled and valued sales team based in Hove.
Making outbound Sales calls
Receiving rewards and recognition for every target hit
Meeting productivity targets
Overcoming customer concerns and selling the benefits of our Warranty Packages
Ensuring all sales calls are complaint
One to one coaching with your Team Leader
Huddles with your team and team leader to discuss your plan of action for the day
Daily floor announcements from the Sales Manager
Put the customer first whilst selling in a regulated environment
Use your self-motivated and positive nature to proactively seek feedback in pursuit of continuous improvement
Contribute positively to the team and success of the company

Ideally you will have:
1 year + sales experience – desirable not essential
Must have a desire to succeed in your role within a target driven environment
A passion for working to and exceeding targets
Must have an excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills
Must be able to build rapport and close deals
Computer skills are essential as you will need to use a database
Working in a contact centre environment selling or upselling is an advantage but not essential
