An excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator from an Estate Agency background to join a leading specialist in their field to sell something a little different to houses. This role would suit someone with ideally 2 years’ experience in a Sales Negotiator role from an Estate Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

– The successful Sales Negotiator will be conversing with potential clients looking to sell their business and this role will have similar day to day duties as a Sales Negotiator working at an Estate Agents.

– The successful Sales Negotiator will build up their own portfolio of clients using the resources available to you and will seek to find buyers for your clients business.

– The ideal candidate will be tracking the legal process of a sale liaising with a team of lawyers, the client and the buyer to ensure a smooth and timely process.

– The Sales Negotiator must be confident, articulate with excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and buyers confidently and effectively providing an impeccable service.

Key Attributes:

– Ideally 2 years’ experience working in a Sales/ Estate agency environment.

– Impeccable communication skills with a desire to provide a first class service using their strong work ethic.

– Strong team player with an ability to work well under pressure.


£25,000-30,000 (Additional Commission OTE £35,000)


Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
