SND Recruitment are currently recruiting for well qualified & experienced Sous Chef’s to help create exceptional dishes for their clients British Established Restaurant with European influences located in Hackney. (All day dining)

SALARY – £25,000 per annum

50 Hours Per Week / Shift Work

Duties:

Manage the Kitchen Team

*

Supporting the smooth running of restaurant service

REQUIREMENTS

Experienced as Sous Chef in a busy, fast paced kitchen

*

Passionate about local produce and British cuisine

*

Exposure to British/European cuisine is an advantage

*

Flexible availability, able to work various shifts with a mixture of 5 out of 7 days
