As a space planner at TOG you will be responsible for space planning potential TOG buildings, supporting our internal architects and client alterations team as well as keeping our portfolio buildings’ floor plans up to date.

Key Accountabilities

* Reporting into the Head of Interior Design

* Supporting the internal architects on producing space plans for potential buildings

* Carrying out site surveys of all portfolio buildings to make sure all floor plans are up to date

* Producing the Area Matrix for each building and keeping it up to date

* Managing all the relevant information for potential and new projects regarding space plans

* Supporting Project Managers with any relevant information or changes requested

* Supporting the client alterations team with helping our members find the perfect office/office layout

* Meet and support members in optimising their private office space, in collaboration with the other members of the design team when required

* Liaise with Project Managers on buildability of drawings (on site meetings)

* Work with the other members of the design team on optimising the communal spaces in existing portfolio, to keep the buildings looking fresh

* Working closely with the portfolio team on managing all correct building information


* Architectural assistant/Interior design degree or relevant experience



* Vector Works

* Good understanding of materials

* Knowledge of M&E


* AutoCAD

* Furniture, fixtures and equipment

* Knowledge of flexible workspace market

* Knowledge of the co-working market

* Foreign languages would be an advantage but not essential


* Good communications skills

* Passion & enthusiasm for design

* Good networking skills

* Good business and commercial acumen

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* MS Office, in particular Word and Excel
