We are looking for a Staffing Retention Co-ordinator with drive, confidence and a passion for making a difference to our employees within Cygnet Health Care, all while growing their skills and opening up a multitude of career possibilities that come with a role at Cygnet.
You will be based at our HR and Recruitment office in Central Birmingham (flexible working can be considered), and be responsible for leading and coordinating employee retention activities across the organisation

Undertaking post appointment interviews to understand candidate to employee experience and extending into probationary period
Undertaking focused exit interviews, collating and analysing feedback

Experienced in a similar role (Preferred)
