This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an experienced Administrator looking for a new permanent job. Our client is very well established, highly reputable and successful, and you would be located at their highly prestigious office based on the outskirts of Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Working as a Stock Controller your duties to include:
- Updating system daily with information received from suppliers
- Run and action reports regarding order and stock status
- Chasing suppliers for purchase order confirmations
- Chasing suppliers for delivery dates and copy documents
- Matching delivery notes with supplier invoices
- Post supplier invoices onto the Purchase ledger system
- Monitoring stock sales and placing new purchase orders
You will be highly organised, reliable, flexible and professional with excellent attention to detail and competency with computers. In addition, you will be a team player, happy working in a busy and fast paced environment with the ability to work to deadlines.

Hours are 37.5 per week – Monday Friday and start and finish times are:
Monday and Tuesday – 8.30am – 5.00pm
Wednesday and Thursday – 9.00am – 5.00pm
Friday – 9.00am – 4.00pm
