Support Administrator

Full Time

To Provide Administrative Support to Service Delivery.
Principal Accountabilities
* Billing Coordination for Service Contracts;
* Verifying expenses entered by engineers prior to payment, in accordance with company expenses policy;
* Entering expenses into Concur where required;
* Raising jobs for all chargeable work completed by CS engineers and promptly entering onto engineers’ work planner;
* Entering all hours for mobile engineers;
* Entering all overtime hours for resident engineers;
* Extracting timesheets from Concur for storing in shared file locations;
* Collating timesheets for all completed non-chargeable contract jobs;
* Point of contact for all matters relating to hours and expenses for all CS engineers
Required Knowledge & Experience
* Working experience in a similar role
* Detailed knowledge of all rules within company expenses policy
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage own time and meet deadlines
* Able to prioritise and work well under pressure
