Team Leader (Full time 35 hours per week)

We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills, initiative and common sense to lead a team and to enable the people we support to realise their potential.
You will have responsibility for the smooth running of the shift whilst ensuring individuals’ needs, choices and dignity are put first. You will ensure that documentation and records are accurate and up to date. You will empower your team to fully contribute and develop. You will ensure that the highest standards of all aspects of support are maintained.
You will ideally have achieved or be working towards Level 3 Diploma/NVQ Health & Social Care. Support will be given to achieve this qualification. Driver preferable.
Up to £10.91 per hour.
