After your training period, everyday duties will include:
- Making outbound calls to arrange appointments for the field sales team to attend
- Working closely with the field sales teams in order to create leads
- Regularly achieve set targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Maintain a clear and professional telephone manner at all times
Other skills and experience required for the job:
- Ideally have proven customer service or some sales experience – but anyone with an interest in starting a career in sales will be considered
- Candidate must have GCSE English – grade C and above as well as GCSE Maths – grade C and above
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Outlook
- Be keen to learn, driven, determined and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Basic salary of £17K with the potential OTE of £25K!!
Genuine career progression with a review after 12 months!
Monday to Friday, no weekends!
