Trainer (Insurance Systems / Processes)

Trainer required by a global insurer in London to support technical, process and system training requirements. This is a newly created position reporting into the Head of Talent Management. This role will be responsible for identifying technical training needs and then designing and implementing learning solutions. This role has broad scope and will include technical systems training across the whole organisation not just IT.

Required experience

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years training experience
  • Experience in training needs analysis process
  • Experience of delivery using different learning mediums eg webcasts, e-learning etc
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Skype
  • Experience of Insurance and Underwriting systems
  • Experience of HR Systems (Workday) is desirable but not essential
  • Confident at presenting in front of large groups
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to negotiate a complex matrix environment
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Ability to build relationships at a senior level across the organisation
