An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Visual Content Manager to join an award winning Creative, Integrated PR Communications agency. The Visual Content Manager will work in collaboration with a fun agency account team creating visual content to engage and influence audiences using powerful brand storytelling.

Overall Job Purpose

This highly creative role requires the Visual Content Manager to propose and deliver creative integrated marketing content alongside the wider integrated campaigns team, and in collaboration with agency account teams and preferred external partners.

The role includes:

o Content planning and mapping

o Video production and scriptwriting

o Creative writing and design production

o Project management

The Visual Content Manager will need an understanding of integrated marketing platforms, formats and approaches, as well as being a good listener, who is articulate, persuasive, patient, resourceful and hard working.

Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with Account Director’s to maximise opportunities

* Participate in integrated campaign proposals

* Execute integrated campaigns to client brief

* Evaluate media and channel opportunities to engage clients’ target audiences and provide recommendations

* Take ownership of projects from start to finish and deploy team skills to deliver on-time and on-budget

* Contribution to team discussions in response to briefs

Skills:

* Ability to communicate with clarity, confidence and conviction

* Genuine team player who leads by example

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and highly numerate

* Creativity – ideas, how to use video and design to persuade/inform an audience

* Excellent presenting skills

* An understanding of video formats – what to use, when and why

* Ability to take a brief from the team/clients and manage through to production

* Ability to brief design/video projects and act as in-house producer/director

* Creative writing for marketing assets (including scriptwriting)

* An eye for design/imagery/creatives – ability to see what does/doesn’t work

* Strong interpersonal skills – inhouse, client and supplier management

* Confident interviewing ability (off and on-camera preferably)

* Ability to juggle multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously

* Advanced experience of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint desirable
